The program includes exercises such as squat, bench press, deadlift, lunges, sumo squat, hip thrust, thruster and many more. All the exercises must be performed in excellent form so injuries are avoided. Weight training is a great way to build strength base for all sports and for anyone who wants to gain muscle. It also helps reduce pain, prevent injuries and it even helps reduce the rhythm of degenerating muscles for middle aged individuals. It must be performed at least twice a week.


Cross Training

Cross Training is a Challenging way of doing a Circuit of exercises that uses a variety of training equipment. It targets the whole body and its a safe, fun and easy way to enhance weight loss and improve overall fitness . It is a light version of Crossfit.


TABATA - H.I.I.T

Tabata or H.I.I.T is a high-intensity workout that includes fitness and weight-loss benefits. It is also a very short workout but very Effective.

It is a bit of both. Tabata training is attractive because it saves a lot of time. It offers the maximum benefit with the least amount of time used to get those results.

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last four minutes.
